SHIVAN & NARRESH is looking for a dynamic, results-driven E-commerce Manager to accelerate the brand’s digital business and drive growth across its e-commerce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies across digital merchandising, marketing, and customer acquisition to drive revenue and profitability.
• Oversee website management and hygiene, ensuring regular refreshes, seamless user experience, accurate product uploads, and compelling product presentation.
• Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns, CRM initiatives, email marketing, and WhatsApp broadcast programs.
• Drive product merchandising, campaign planning, and promotional calendars in alignment with the brand’s identity and business objectives.
• Monitor key performance metrics,



analyse customer behaviour, and translate insights into actionable strategies to improve conversion, retention, and average order value.
• Work hands-on across strategy and execution, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Ideal Candidate: A commercially minded, digitally savvy professional with experience in e-commerce, performance marketing, CRM, and digital merchandising, ideally within luxury fashion.
