About the Role

XPRESSBEES LOGISTICS is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, launching, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to generate quality leads, improve conversions, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Meta Ads Management
- Create and manage advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Develop audience targeting strategies, retargeting campaigns, and lead generation campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, cost per lead (CPL), and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copy, audiences,



and landing pages.

2. Google Ads Management
- Set up and optimize Google Search and other relevant Google Ads campaigns.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and negative keyword management.
- Optimize bidding strategies, budgets, ad quality, and landing page performance.
- Track leads and conversions using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.

3. Lead Generation & Performance Marketing
- Generate qualified business enquiries and franchise-related leads.
- Monitor cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and lead quality.
- Analyze campaign reports and recommend performance improvements.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead follow-up and conversion rates.

4. Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly advertising performance reports.
- Coordinate with the creative and website teams for landing pages, banners, and ad creatives.
