About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Head of Sales to lead our sales operations, strengthen the regional sales network, drive customer acquisition, and expand the company's presence across existing and untapped markets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record of driving sales growth and building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, lead, and develop Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) across different territories.
• Monitor and analyze RSM performance against sales targets and business objectives.
• Develop new customers in existing markets in coordination with regional sales teams.
• Identify and develop business opportunities in vacant and untapped territories to expand market reach.
• Strengthen distributor, dealer, and channel partner networks.




• Formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and improve market penetration.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Drive overall sales growth, customer relationships, and regional business development.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in sales, with substantial experience in sales leadership and team management.
• Proven track record in business development, channel sales, and market expansion.
• Experience in recruiting, managing, and evaluating regional sales teams.
• Robust understanding of distributor and dealer network development and customer acquisition.
• Experience in the lead-acid battery industry or related sectors will be highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
