Role Description The Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist Non IT hiring role is a full time, on-site position based in Ghatkopar, Mumbai. The specialist will support end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing communication with applicants.



This role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand position requirements, maintaining recruitment databases, and assisting with offer processes and onboarding coordination. The specialist will help strengthen employer branding by representing AllHome positively in candidate interactions and on recruitment platforms, while ensuring a smooth and inclusive candidate experience.
