Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Customer Success Associate to join our team.



The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to inform them about our products/services, generate leads, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain company products/services clearly and effectively.
• Generate and qualify leads, convert to admissions.
• Follow up on inquiries and maintain customer interest.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
• Handle customer questions and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with the sales team when required.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Positive communication skills (local language + basic English preferred).
• A bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
• Confident and persuasive speaking ability.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
