■ About the Role

Sparrow Shopfits is hiring PMC Back Office Coordinators – Freshers to support Retail, Commercial, F&B; and Interior Fit-Out projects.

You will assist with project tracking, MIS reporting, documentation and follow-ups while learning under the guidance of senior PMC professionals.

We seek analytical, responsible and process-oriented freshers with good Excel skills and a willingness to learn.

■ Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily and weekly project MIS reports.
• Track timelines, milestones, progress and pending tasks.
• Coordinate with PMC engineers, vendors and site teams.
• Follow up on approvals, drawings and project updates.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards and documentation.
• Flag delays, overdue tasks and issues for escalation.
• Verify and consolidate updates from multiple sites.




• Support monitoring of 20–25 projects with senior team guidance.
• Draft professional emails and meeting reports.
• Assist in weekly management reporting.

■ Eligibility & Requirements

• B.Tech/B.E. in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; Architecture graduates are also eligible.
• Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognised Polytechnic, including government polytechnics.
• NICMAR freshers and graduates from recognised institutions may apply.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.
• Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, COUNTIF and Conditional Formatting preferred.
• Basic understanding of MIS reporting and project tracking.
• Smartsheet/MS Project knowledge is an advantage.
• Positive written English and clear Hindi communication.
• Analytical thinking, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive attitude, ownership and eagerness to learn.
