About the Brands
Sportsdunia is a sports media and technology platform covering cricket, football and other sports. Alongside its sports content and website, SD Live is our live-scores and sports-engagement app.
KollegeApply helps students explore colleges and courses, understand entrance exams and admissions, and make informed education decisions.
The opportunity
We want to make YouTube a meaningful growth channel for both brands. You will have the freedom to test distinctive formats, build a reliable publishing rhythm and shape how each audience connects with us. You will work with our social media and subject- matter teams, but you should be comfortable taking ideas from concept to publication with lean resources and minimal handholding. We value initiative, experimentation and ownership over elaborate production setups.

What you will own
• Find and test content opportunities. Build distinct approaches for each brand across Shorts, long-form videos and selective live formats.
• Take ideas to publication. Research topics, develop hooks and scripts, package titles/thumbnails,



plan shoots, coordinate or handle basic editing, and publish consistently.
• Improve based on evidence. Use YouTube Studio to understand clicks, watch time, audience retention and returning viewers; act on what works.
• Build a lean workflow. Use existing subject experts and lightweight tools, solve production bottlenecks and steadily improve output quality.

What we are looking for
• Hands-on YouTube experience. Ideally around 2–4 years; demonstrated results matter more than an exact experience range.
• Valuable creative judgment. Strong instinct for audience needs, storytelling, searchable topics, compelling openings and thumbnails.
• A builder’s approach. Comfortable doing the work yourself where needed, moving quickly, learning independently and working with limited resources.

Analytical curiosity. Able to explain what performed, what failed and how you changed the next video.
