We’re Hiring: Execution Leader / City Lead – Projects | Chennai
EATCLUB is looking for an Execution Leader to own project execution across Chennai, from launching new cloud kitchens and dine-in outlets to keeping existing stores in top shape.

Role Overview
• Location: Chennai (on-ground, not remote)
• Experience: 4–5 years in Project Management, Civil, or Interior & Retail Fit-Out
• Chennai experience (mandatory): You must have worked hands-on in Chennai for the last 4–5 years, with an active local vendor and contractor network. Applicants without Chennai work experience will not be considered.
• Languages: Tamil and Hindi (mandatory); English (preferred)

Key Responsibilities




• Own end-to-end setup of new cloud kitchens and dine-in stores across Chennai
• Lead the on-ground execution team and contractors
• Deliver outlets on schedule and within budget
• Handle revamps and on-site civil and drainage fixes at existing outlets
• Source, onboard and negotiate with civil, interiors, MEP and fit-out vendors
• Track vendor performance on timelines, quality and cost
• Run quality checks from site handover to snag closure, in line with EATCLUB’s design, safety and brand standards

• You handle ambiguity, learn rapid, and make sound calls without a playbook
