Role Description The Civil Project Coordinator | AutoCAD role is a full-time, in office position based in Indore. The role involves preparing and reviewing civil drawings and layouts in AutoCAD for telecom towers and related infrastructure, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications and standards. The coordinator will assist in planning and monitoring project activities, coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors, and track progress against schedules and budgets. Daily responsibilities include documentation of work, updating project reports, supporting quality and safety checks, and resolving site-level civil and basic electrical issues in coordination with the project team. The role also requires regular communication with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects and alignment with client requirements.
Qualifications
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to create, modify, and interpret civil drawings and layouts.
• Knowledge of civil engineering fundamentals, including structural foundations,



concrete works, and site development for telecom towers.
• Experience in project coordination, including planning, scheduling, documentation, and vendor/contractor follow-up.
• Familiarity with basic electrical and power systems related to telecom infrastructure is an advantage.
• Ability to conduct site visits, verify work progress, and support adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills to work with cross-functional project teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Prior experience in telecom infrastructure, construction, or related field projects is preferred.
• Candidates must be based in Indore or willing to work on-site in Indore.
