About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Build and manage the sales pipeline through freelance marketplaces (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.) and outbound channels (LinkedIn, cold email, calls)
2. Write tailored, high-coverting proposals
3. Run discovery calls to understand client pain points and map them to our automation/AI solutions
4. Maintain accurate records in the CRM and report on pipeline, conversions, and targets
5. Coordinate with the technical/delivery team on scope, feasibility, and handoffs.
6. Meet and exceed monthly sales target.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,20,000 - 5,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,20,000 - 5,00,000 /year
