Requirements - Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a solid understanding of accounting principles. - Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable, collections, or credit control, preferably managing complex or high-value customer portfolios. - Order-to-Cash knowledge: Good understanding of the end-to-end O2C process, including collections, billing, cash application, cash posting, dispute resolution, and revenue-related activities. - Account management: Proven ability to manage a large portfolio of customer accounts, prioritize collection activities, and address overdue balances across multiple aging categories. - Dispute resolution: Practical experience investigating and resolving invoice and payment disputes involving purchase orders, sales orders, delivery, pricing, service issues, invoicing requirements, and payment terms. - Systems expertise: Hands-on experience with customer invoicing portals such as Tungsten, Ariba, and Coupa. Familiarity with Oracle ERP is also required. - Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables, with the ability to analyze account data and monitor collection performance.
