Role Overview
We are looking for Senior SAP Functional Consultants to lead functional workstreams on S/4HANA implementations and migrations.
This role is part of a 10-member, self-contained SAP pod that can advise on, direct, manage and deliver SAP transformation programs end to end: ECC-to-S/4HANA migration (system conversion, new implementation and selective data transition), RISE with SAP, SAP HANA database migration and operations, Basis and technical upgrades, ABAP and Fiori development, and SAP application management.
There are two positions: one in Finance (FI/CO, S/4HANA Finance) and one in Logistics (SD/MM with integration to PP, QM and EWM). The pod uses AI to speed up transformation work: documenting legacy ABAP, analysing and remediating custom code, and generating and running test scripts, with consultants reviewing and approving every change.

• Lead a functional workstream through fit-to-standard workshops, design, build, test and go-live.

• Map current ECC processes to S/4HANA and drive adoption of SAP standard and simplification items.
• Write and review functional specifications for RICEFW objects, using AI to draft and validate them.
• Own configuration, master data and data migration for the workstream (S/4HANA Migration Cockpit).
• Plan and run SIT and UAT with AI-generated and automated test scripts; manage defects.
• Identify the Fiori apps the workstream's users need and support their rollout.
• Support mock conversions, cutover, hypercare and post-go-live improvements, and mentor functional consultants.

Finance position
• S/4HANA Finance: Universal Journal, current Asset Accounting, Business Partner for customers and vendors.
• GL, AP, AR, asset accounting, banking, controlling, product costing and profitability analysis.
• Finance-related conversion steps (financial data migration and reconciliation) and India localization (GST, e-invoicing) where relevant. Logistics position
• Order-to-c
