Role Description The Sales CRM (FMCG Only) role at Toyo Kombucha is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role involves managing and optimizing the customer relationship management (CRM) system specifically for FMCG sales, including maintaining accurate customer and distributor data, tracking sales activities, and generating regular performance reports.



The individual will support the sales team by creating and updating pipelines, monitoring lead conversion, and coordinating with key accounts and channel partners. Daily tasks include analyzing CRM data to identify growth opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups, and collaborating with marketing and operations to improve sales processes. The role also requires active participation in sales planning, execution of trade promotions, and maintaining strong relationships with retail and distribution networks.
Qualifications

• Solid FMCG sales experience, with understanding of retail, distribution, and modern trade channels.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms, including data management and reporting.
• Proficiency in sales analysis, forecasting, and pipeline management to support data-driven decision-making.
