Working Days: Monday–Saturday Week off - Sunday

About the Role

PR, Events & Communications Specialist responsible for planning and coordinating corporate events, managing PR and media relationships, supporting broader PR and corporate communications initiatives, and working with the marketing team to promote events and company activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the corporate event from preparation through execution and post-event activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with journalists, media professionals, PR contacts, influencers, industry representatives, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Identify potential media partners, event partners, sponsors, speakers, guests, and promotional opportunities.
• Coordinate invitations, guest lists, RSVPs, media attendance, speakers, vendors, and other event stakeholders.




• Support PR activities, including press releases, media invitations, event announcements, talking points, and media briefs.
• Proactively reach out to media organizations and relevant contacts to generate awareness and coverage for company activities and events.
• Work with the marketing team to promote events through digital channels, email campaigns, social media, and other marketing initiatives.
• Assist in developing event themes, messaging, promotional materials, and communication strategies.
• Coordinate with event venues, vendors, photographers, videographers, designers, and other service providers.
• Serve as a professional point of contact for guests, media representatives, speakers, partners, and other external stakeholders.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare post-event reports covering attendance, publicity, engagement, and other outcomes.
• Support the company’s broader PR, brand awareness
