Role Description The Client Acquisition Executive role at Vistaar Media is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. In this role, the executive will identify and qualify potential clients, manage lead generation activities, and develop strategies to acquire new customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include outreach via calls, emails, and meetings; presenting Vistaar Media’s services; preparing proposals; and negotiating terms to close deals. The executive will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine targeting, track performance metrics,



and maintain accurate records of prospects and client interactions in CRM or related tools. The role also involves building long-term relationships with clients, gathering feedback from the market, and contributing insights to improve offerings and acquisition processes.
Qualifications
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess market opportunities, interpret data, and refine client acquisition strategies.
• Excellent Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation skills, and active listening.
• Proven experience in Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing lead funnels.
• Demonstrated Customer Acquisition and Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
