Role Description The Customer Support Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information on orders, deliveries, and products. The representative will troubleshoot basic issues, coordinate with internal teams to resolve service or supply-related concerns, and ensure timely follow-up until closure.



Daily responsibilities include logging interactions in the CRM, maintaining service standards, gathering customer feedback, and supporting continuous improvements in customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Support and Customer Service, with a focus on building trust and rapport.
• Ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through proactive communication, empathy, and problem ownership.
• Explicit and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, suitable for diverse business clients.
• Basic technical understanding and Troubleshooting abilities related to order status, product information, and service issues.
• Prior experience in customer support or service roles, preferably in electronics, supply chain, or B2B environments.
