About the Role
Trism is looking for a highly research-oriented and result-driven LinkedIn Lead Generation & Sales Research Specialist to identify potential enterprise clients, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), MSPs, prime vendors, and key decisionmakers across India.

⚠️ Significant: This is NOT an IT Recruiter role.
The focus is on B2B lead generation; market intelligence, company research, decision-maker identification, prospect database development, and sales outreach support.

? Key Responsibilities
• Research GCCs, enterprise organizations, MSPs, prime vendors, and technology companies across India.
• Identify key decision-makers, including GCC Heads, CIOs, CTOs, TA Heads, Procurement Leaders, and Vendor Management Leaders.
• Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Boolean searches, and advanced search techniques.




• Identify newly established and expanding GCCs across Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Pune, Chennai, and NCR.
• Build and maintain accurate, structured prospect databases.
• Research supplier registration portals, procurement channels, and vendor onboarding opportunities.
• Identify business opportunities and companies expanding their technology teams.
• Support personalized LinkedIn outreach, InMail campaigns, email follow-ups, and meeting generation.
• Track leads, responses, follow-ups, and opportunities using Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.

? Required Skills & Experience
• 2–5 years of experience in B2B lead generation, sales research, market intelligence, or IT staffing sales support.
• Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Excellent Boolean search and decision-maker identification skills.
• Understanding of IT staffing, GCCs, MSP/VMS, enterprise sales, or technology consulting.
