Job SummaryThe Business Development Executive will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client engagement to proposal sharing, negotiation, deal closure, and revenue generation.




The candidate will work closely with the Solutions Consultant and technical team to understand client requirements, recommend suitable technology solutions, and achieve the company's business development and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities• Handle inbound inquiries related to Website Development, Zoho Solutions, CRM, SaaS, Digital Marketing, and other IT services.
• Identify and develop current business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, referrals, and client outreach.
• Connect with prospective clients through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online meetings.
• Understand client requirements, business challenges, budgets, and project expectations.
• Qualify leads and identify prospects with genuine business potential.
• Convert qualified leads into paying customers and generate revenue for the company.
