Job Title: SAP SD Consultant – AMS Support
Experience: 7+ Years
Location: Mumbai

Job Description:
• 5+ years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
• Hands-on experience in SAP SD Application Management Services (AMS) and production support.
• Solid knowledge of sales order processing, delivery, shipping, billing and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Experience in SAP SD configuration, including pricing, sales document types, item categories and schedule line categories.
• Experience handling incidents, service requests, problem tickets, root cause analysis (RCA) and change requests.
• Knowledge of integration with SAP MM and FI modules.
• Experience working with ticketing tools and meeting SLA timelines.
• Good communication, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
