About the RoleParamaardha is looking for a proactive and target-driven qualified to support Business Development, Expert & Institution Onboarding, Customer Coordination and Platform Operations.
The role involves working closely with Spiritual Experts, Institutions and Seekers while supporting business growth and smooth service coordination.
Key Responsibilities• Research and generate leads for Spiritual Experts, Institutions and potential partners.
• Make outbound calls and follow up through WhatsApp, email and approved channels.
• Qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations.
• Support Expert and Institution onboarding, profile completion, verification and platform activation.
• Guide Experts and Institutions in understanding and using relevant Paramaardha features.
• Coordinate services between Experts/Institutions and Seekers, including enquiries, bookings, schedules and follow-ups.




• Support Seekers throughout the booking/service process and ensure timely coordination.
• Follow up with Experts, Institutions and Seekers until assigned activities are completed.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, lead status, booking/service status and follow-up dates.
• Support events, programs, donations, tours and other approved platform activities when required.
• Handle routine customer enquiries professionally and escalate unresolved matters appropriately.
• Coordinate with internal teams for product, operations and customer-related requirements.
