Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lead Generation role based in the Pune Division. The Lead Generation professional is responsible for identifying and qualifying new leads, building targeted prospect lists, and supporting outreach campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing prospect data, engaging potential customers through calls, emails, and social channels, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or lead management tools.



The role collaborates closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation activities with campaign goals and performance metrics. The position also involves tracking lead quality, sharing feedback to improve targeting, and contributing ideas to enhance overall demand generation strategy.
