Key Responsibilities:
✅ Assist hotel clients with software-related queries.
✅ Guide customers on product features and basic troubleshooting.
✅ Provide support through calls, emails, and chats.
✅ Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
✅ Help with customer onboarding and product training.
Eligibility:
✅Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
✅Excellent communication and convincing skills.
✅Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
✅Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
