Role Description The Revenue & Partnership Specialist – Influencer Marketing is a full time, hybrid role based in Noida, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role focuses on managing revenue streams related to influencer marketing campaigns, including budgeting, tracking financial performance, and optimizing monetization strategies. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to negotiate agreements, structure collaborations,



and ensure accurate financial reporting for campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing campaign data, preparing revenue and performance reports, coordinating with influencers and agencies, and supporting business development initiatives. The role also involves maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, identifying new partnership opportunities, and contributing to strategic planning for revenue growth.
Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Finance, Accounting, and Revenue Cycle Management, with the ability to manage budgets and track campaign profitability.
• Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, forecast revenue, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with influencers, clients, and internal teams, and to negotiate partnership agreements.
• Experience in influencer marketing, digital advertising, or media partnerships is highly beneficial.
