Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 6:30 / 7:00 PM
Remuneration: ₹40,000 per month (All-inclusive, including transport allowance: OPEN to negotiations)
Employment Type: Full-time at 5 days a week

Our previous Admin Head is transitioning to pursue her MBA after three dedicated years. We are now looking for an energetic, values-driven individual to take over the helm of daily administration and operational leadership at our Gurgaon headquarters.

Role Overview
This is not a traditional behind-the-desk clerical role.



As the Head of Administration, you will be the operational heartbeat of our Gurgaon center—bridging effective office management with active, heart-centered ground presence among our children, educators, and community volunteers.

Key Responsibilities
• Day-to-Day Operations & Communication: Drive center operations, handle professional email correspondence, maintain digital records, and serve as the primary operational anchor.
• Accounts & Billing Support: Prepare receipts, manage vendor and utility billing, record daily expenses, and keep accounts clear and transparent.
• Staff & Volunteer Rostering: Design and coordinate schedules for paid teachers and guest/volunteer educators, ensuring classes run seamlessly.
• Ground Supervision & Learning Atmosphere: Step into classrooms daily to observe sessions, ensure teaching quality, and build an encouraging, disciplined, and nurturing environment fo
