IRISS is expanding—and we’re looking for an HR leader who can turn business growth into organizational capability. As a global manufacturer of Electrical Safety, Reliability, and Asset Monitoring solutions, IRISS is growing its India presence through a new manufacturing facility in Chennai and a Sales & Distribution office in Bangalore.

This is an chance to build the people practices, leadership capabilities, and workplace infrastructure that will support our next phase of growth.

The Opportunity

You will lead HR and Administration across our India Manufacturing and Sales/ Distribution Operations, partnering with local and global leadership to build a high-performing organization and support broader APAC priorities.

Combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution, you will help attract the right talent, develop effective leaders, strengthen employee relations,



and establish consistent, scalable HR practices across manufacturing and commercial teams.

Your Impact

Build the workforce: Lead workforce planning and recruitment across production, technical, supervisory, engineering, sales, and support functions.

Establish the foundation: Develop and implement HR policies, systems, onboarding, and processes that support a growing manufacturing and sales/ distribution organization.

Strengthen employee relations: Build trust, coach managers, and manage grievances, disciplinary matters, safety, training, and industrial relations with fairness and sound judgment.

Lead compliance: Oversee applicable labour and employment requirements, factory-related HR compliance, statutory filings, employee records, and audit readiness.

Develop talent and leadership: Drive performance management, learning, career development, and succession planning.
