International Business Head

Mandate:
Build Junesun’s international business. Select markets, acquire customers, close profitable orders, create recurring revenue, and build the team that follows.

About us:
Junesun is a Hyderabad-based, DPIIT-recognised food and beverage company. Under our brand Sunoha, we supply instant coffee, roasted and ground coffee, coffee-chicory blends, tea and coffee premixes, malted and chocolate beverages, and private-label and contract-manufactured products.

The role at a glance
• Experience: 7-12 years in international B2B sales (food, beverages, FMCG exports or private label)
• Remuneration: Rs. 15-22 lakhs fixed + uncapped quarterly incentive on collected gross contribution
• Priority markets: Middle East, Africa and selected developed markets (refined jointly on joining)
• Team: lean start; you build the team as business volumes justify
• Travel: extensive, international
• Progression: Chief Commercial Officer track, advanced on results

What you will own
• Market development: acquire and develop strategic accounts with importers,



distributors, foodservice operators and private-label buyers having a recurring purchase potential;
• Private label and contract manufacturing: win customised-product customers; coordinate specifications, sampling, packaging and pricing.
• Commercial control: own sales and gross-contribution targets; negotiate pricing, Incoterms and payment terms; manage receivables, advances and LCs.
• Pipeline and systems: run a CRM-based process from prospect research to conversion; exhibitions with pre-arranged buyer meetings; transparent forecasting.
• Organisation: establish commercial processes first; recruit, train and lead the team as volumes justify.

• Existing buyer, importer or distributor access in at least one priority region.
• Command of export commercial practice: pricing, Incot
