About Position:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Strategist / Senior Strategist Inside Sales to drive lead generation, demand generation, and business development initiatives for our IT Services portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective customers, generating qualified opportunities, nurturing leads, and collaborating with sales teams to accelerate revenue growth. This role requires strong communication skills, consultative selling abilities, and a proven track record of building meaningful customer relationships and exceeding business targets.

What You'll Do:
• Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities with key decision-makers across assigned accounts and industry-focused campaigns.
• Execute targeted lead generation and demand generation initiatives across strategic customer segments.
• Research target accounts, identify buying intent signals,
and engage prospective customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
• Qualify leads using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) and other qualification frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to create effective customer engagement strategies.
• Understand customer business challenges and map suitable IT services and solutions to their requirements.
• Route qualified opportunities to appropriate sales teams for further engagement and closure.
• Maintain and update prospect, customer, and opportunity data within CRM systems.
• Manage account segmentation and execute focused campaigns across industry verticals and micro-verticals.
• Build and nurture a robust pipeline of prospects across assigned territories and campaigns.
• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue, pipeline, and meeting generation targets.
• Participate in campaign planning
