Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team in Coimbatore. This is a full-time, work-from-office position focused on generating new business opportunities and supporting SourceTrace's growth across domestic and international markets.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in outbound sales, cold calling, email prospecting, lead generation,



and technology-driven sales outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential customers across domestic and international markets through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and targeted prospecting.
• Research prospective companies, identify relevant decision-makers, and generate qualified leads.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups and prospect engagement.
• Understand prospective customers' business requirements and effectively communicate the value of SourceTrace's solutions.
• Schedule product demonstrations and coordinate with internal teams to progress business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate lead information, prospect interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Support sales reporting, pipeline reviews, and ongoing business development initiatives.
