We are seeking an Embedded Firmware Engineer with experience in C/C++ development on Linux-based embedded platforms. The candidate will be responsible for developing firmware applications for microprocessor-based systems and implementing industrial communication protocols for automation products.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain embedded firmware applications using C/C++ on Linux-based platforms.
• Design and implement industrial communication protocols.
• Develop and maintain firmware for microprocessor-based embedded systems.
• Debug, optimize, and troubleshoot embedded firmware and communication issues.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams for system integration and validation.
• Support firmware testing, documentation, and product release activities.
Must-Have Skills
• 3+ years of experience in Embedded C/C++ development.
• Hands-on experience with Linux-based firmware application development.
• Experience with microprocessor-based embedded systems.
• Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols:
• EtherNet/IP
• Modbus TCP
• Embedded Web Server
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Valuable-to-Have Skills
• Experience in Industrial Automation or Building Automation.
• Knowledge of embedded networking and communication stacks.
• Familiarity with embedded software development lifecycle and version control.
Educational Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication (E&TC;), Instrumentation, Computer Science, Embedded Systems, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
