Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Key Account Manager role based in North Delhi. The Key Account Manager will oversee strategic relationships with major retail partners and key business accounts, ensuring sales targets and profitability goals are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing order cycles, coordinating assortments, tracking sell-through, and aligning promotions with account-specific plans. The role involves regular store visits, analyzing performance data, preparing reports,



and collaborating with internal teams such as merchandising, supply chain, finance, and marketing. The Key Account Manager will also handle contract terms, resolve operational issues, and support the rollout of new collections and retail initiatives.
Qualifications
• Strong account management and relationship-building skills, with experience handling key or strategic accounts in retail or FMCG.
• Ability to analyze sales data, prepare performance reports, and use insights to improve revenue, margins, and inventory efficiency.
• Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising principles, and in-store execution, preferably in apparel or fashion.
