Your Role
• Independently own and integrate complex gameplay features, including custom physics, character controllers, animation systems, and interaction frameworks.
• Prototype, iterate, and refine mechanics to meet design goals while maintaining technical feasibility and runtime performance.
• Build robust, dynamic gameplay UI with clear data flow, responsive interactions, and clean separation between logic and presentation layers.
• Apply frontend caching techniques to optimize gameplay UI responsiveness and reduce runtime overhead across multiple platforms
• Ensure high-quality feature delivery with a solid emphasis on responsiveness, reliability, and modular architecture.
• Collaborate closely with the lead engineer and design team to translate design vision into maintainable technical solutions.
• Continuously profile and optimize CPU, memory, and frame rates across gameplay and UI.
• Build automated test cases and validation flows while documenting reusable systems and interfaces.
• Contribute to internal tools and debugging workflows that improve team productivity.

• 5+ years of game industry experience, with a track record of working on games end-to-end.
• Shipped at least one mobile title.
• Hands-on proficiency in Unreal Engine.
• Strong C++ background with solid object-oriented design skills.
• Demonstrated experience across core areas: gameplay, UI, and animation.
• Strong computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, problem-solving).
Good to Have
• Working knowledge of gameplay networking and multiplayer concepts.
• Solid math foundations (linear algebra, 3D vector math).
• An avid gamer with a sharp eye for physical game feel.
