• We are seeking an energetic, data-driven Full Stack Marketer & D2C Health Consultant to own our customer growth engine end-to-end. In this high-impact role, you will bridge the gap between creative storytelling, performance marketing, retention engineering, and regulatory/health compliance.You will lead paid and organic acquisition, optimize conversion rates (CRO), structure retention funnels, and advise leadership on market positioning for our health, wellness, and nutraceutical product lines.

Key Responsibilities
.1 Strategic Growth & D2C ConsultingDevelop and execute data-backed growth roadmaps across top-of-funnel (ToFu), middle-of-funnel (MoFu), and bottom-of-funnel (BoFu)..
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation within the D2C health and wellness ecosystem..
• Advise on product positioning, landing page messaging, pricing strategies, and subscription model optimizations..




• 2. Performance Marketing & Customer AcquisitionManage and scale paid channels (Meta Ads, Google Search/Shopping, TikTok, Influencer/Affiliate networks)..
• Lead creative strategy: Write high-converting ad copy, brief video content creators (UGC), and continuously A/B test ad variations..
• Optimize return on ad spend (ROAS), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and payback periods..
• 3. Retention, Lifecycle & Community MarketingDesign and execute automated email and SMS lifecycles (welcome series, win-back campaigns, post-purchase education, subscription renewals via Klaviyo/Attentive)..
• Build community-focused marketing strategies to boost brand trust and repeat order value (AOV & LTV)..
• 4. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Funnel UXAudit and optimize Shopify/WooCommerce storefronts and custom landing pages for maximum conversions..
