• Experience in implementation, enhancement, and/or production support projects.
• Strong requirement gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of HCM integrations and reporting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Oracle Fusion Payroll knowledge is an added advantage.
