About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executive who can independently handle business development, lead generation, client acquisition, follow-ups and sales conversion.

Candidates from the same or closely related industries are also preferred.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, references,



LinkedIn, digital platforms and existing leads.
• Identify and connect with startups, MSMEs, business owners and decision-makers.
• Understand client requirements and explain relevant government schemes, funding, loans, registrations and business services.
• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion and closure.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Mandatory Requirements
• Minimum 1+ years of relevant BDE / Business Development / Sales experience.
• Same-industry or closely related industry experience is mandatory.
• Candidates with experience in government schemes, business funding, loans, financial services, startup/MSME consulting, business consultancy or related services will be preferred.
• Proven track record in lead
