Role Description
The Sales Manager internship role at Helix AirCorp FZC is an in office position based in Kochi. Interns support sales activities by assisting in lead generation, tracking inquiries, and maintaining up-to-date customer records. Daily tasks include coordinating with customers and internal teams, preparing quotations and basic sales reports, and following up on orders and deliveries to ensure timely service. The role also involves learning about aviation spare parts, supporting proposal preparation,



and contributing to customer presentations. Interns collaborate with senior sales managers to understand sales strategies, customer relationship management, and the operational flow of aviation logistics.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of sales processes, lead management, and customer relationship management; prior exposure to B2B sales or internships is an advantage.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up activities.
• Comfort with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and willingness to learn CRM or sales-related software.
• Interest in aviation, logistics, or supply chain operations; any related coursework or projects are a plus.
