Location - Remote Opportunity (India)

1. End-to-End AR/AP Operations:
• Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable operations.
• Handle customer invoicing, collections, cash application, vendor invoice processing, and payments.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of receivables and payables.

2. Reconciliation & Aging Analysis:
• Perform customer and vendor account reconciliations.
• Conduct AR/AP aging analysis and follow up on outstanding receivables and payables.
• Investigate and resolve billing disputes, payment discrepancies, and reconciliation issues.

3. Fund & Payment Management:
• Ensure timely collection of customer payments and settlement of vendor invoices.
• Manage fund transfers and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
• Support cash flow optimization through effective management of receivables and payables.

4. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination:
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve payment and invoicing queries.




• Ensure smooth financial operations through timely follow-ups and effective communication.

5. Compliance & Financial Reporting:
• Ensure adherence to applicable Indian accounting principles and internal financial policies.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and support financial reporting and audit requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digital finance initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience: 3–7 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Mandatory Requirement: Hands-on experience managing end-to-end AR and AP operations is essential.
• Industry Preference: Candidates from IT services, IT training, EdTech, or other relevant service-based industries are preferred.
• Industry Exclusion: Candidates from the manufacturing industry will not be considered.

• Solid expertise in customer invoicing, collections, cash application, vendor invoice processing, and payment
