Role Description This full-time, in office Maintenance Technician role is based in Bengaluru. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment used in processing, storage, and handling of food products. Day-to-day tasks include performing routine inspections, diagnosing equipment issues, carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensuring minimal downtime for operations. The role involves collaborating with operations and production teams to schedule maintenance,



documenting work performed, and adhering to safety and hygiene protocols. The technician is expected to respond to equipment breakdowns promptly, support continuous improvement initiatives, and keep tools and work areas organized and compliant with company standards.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair for production and facility equipment.
• Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance skills to diagnose problems and proactively reduce equipment failures.
• Candidates should possess experience in Industrial Maintenance within manufacturing, food processing, or similar environments.
• Knowledge of basic electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems relevant to industrial equipment is beneficial.
