LeadKaro is an AI-powered lead management platform that helps businesses handle customer enquiries, automate follow-ups, qualify leads, and improve sales.

We currently focus on helping real estate businesses and interior design firms manage their leads more effectively.

We're expanding our presence in Ranchi and looking for someone who can help us connect with local businesses and introduce them to LeadKaro.

What You'll Do
- Reach out to real estate builders, brokers, agencies, and interior design businesses in Ranchi.
- Talk to business owners, understand their challenges, and explain how LeadKaro can help.
- Find potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and local networking.
- Arrange product demos with interested businesses.
- Follow up with interested prospects and help convert them into paying customers.
- Keep track of your daily outreach and sales progress.

We're open to both freshers and experienced candidates.

You might be a valuable fit if you:
- Can communicate confidently in Hindi.
- Have basic English communication skills.
- Are comfortable speaking with business owners.
- Have an interest in sales, startups, or technology.
- Can manage your time and work responsibly.
- Are willing to learn about our product and how to sell it.

Previous sales experience is a plus, but it's not required. We'll help you understand the product before you start reaching out to businesses.

Salary & Commission

We want to be clear about the payment structure from the beginning.

First Month:
- Commission-based only (no fixed salary).
- 50% commission on successfully closed and paid sales, as per agreed commission terms.

From the Second Month:
- Fixed salary + 20% sales commission for candidates selected to continue after the first-month performance review.
