About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Odoo Developer with strong expertise in ERP development, cloud technologies, and AI-powered automation. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing Odoo customization, third-party integrations, and automation solutions to enhance business efficiency.
? Key Responsibilities
• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules.
• Manage and optimize HR, CRM, Sales, Inventory, Purchase, and Accounting modules.
• Develop workflows, reports, and automated processes using Python.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications, APIs, and AI tools.
• Implement AI-driven automation to streamline business operations.
• Handle cloud deployment, server configuration, and application performance.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize ERP performance.
• Lead Odoo development initiatives and ensure efficient implementation of business requirements.
? Required Skills
• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development.
• Strong knowledge of Python, Odoo ORM, and PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency in XML, JavaScript, QWeb, and REST APIs.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of AI automation, LLM APIs, and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with Linux, Git, Docker, and deployment processes.
