Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Noida for a Business Development Manager – Education Loan. The role involves identifying and developing partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions to expand education loan options for students. The Business Development Manager will manage the end-to-end sales cycle for loan products, including lead generation, pitch presentations, negotiations,



and closure. The role requires close collaboration with internal counseling and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing and a positive student experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking performance metrics, optimizing conversion rates, conducting market research on education financing, and recommending new initiatives to improve product offerings and customer outreach.
Qualifications

• Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, relationship management, and negotiation.
• Experience in education loans, banking, financial services, or Ed-Tech partnerships is highly beneficial.
