About the Opportunity
Defpro Global Private Limited is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and communication-oriented Customer Engagement Executive to join our growing team for Tender MCP, our GeM tender-intelligence platform.

? Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
• Introduce Tender MCP to GeM sellers, MSMEs, manufacturers, and bid consultants.
• Schedule product demonstrations and encourage trial sign-ups.
• Manage and engage with our WhatsApp community.
• Respond to customer queries and follow up with prospective clients.
• Maintain lead records, track performance,



and prepare daily and weekly reports.

? Who Can Apply?
• Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome.
• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and working English.
• Comfortable with telecalling, customer interaction, and sales outreach.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, or Excel.
• Graduates from any discipline.
• Willing to work from our Noida office six days a week (2nd and 4th Saturdays off).
