Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role based at our Bengaluru facility. The Receptionist will greet and direct patients and visitors, manage incoming phone calls, and respond to general inquiries in a professional and supportive manner. Daily responsibilities include handling appointment scheduling, maintaining reception area organization, and coordinating with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow. The role also involves basic clerical tasks such as managing records, processing forms,



and supporting front office operations to deliver a welcoming and efficient experience for all visitors.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Receptionist Duties and Customer Service skills to greet visitors, manage check-ins, and respond to patient needs professionally.
• Candidates should possess solid Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle calls, provide explicit information, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Candidates should possess reliable Clerical Skills, including basic data entry, record keeping, and appointment scheduling.
• Ability to interact with individuals facing health challenges with empathy, patience, and discretion.
