Role Description:

We are seeking a polished, service-oriented Butler to provide exceptional hospitality services to the Promoter, senior leadership, UHNW individuals, and VVIP guests. The ideal candidate will bring luxury hospitality expertise, impeccable grooming, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering personalized guest experiences with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver world-class food & beverage service to senior executives, VVIPs, and distinguished guests.
• Prepare and maintain meeting rooms, dining areas, and service stations to premium standards.
• Execute fine dining, silver service, plated service, and beverage service.
• Anticipate guest preferences and provide personalized hospitality experiences.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Housekeeping, Administration,



and Security teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of pantries, dining spaces, and guest areas.
• Monitor pantry inventory and ensure availability of all hospitality supplies.
• Handle guest requests promptly while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and company service standards at all times

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.
• At least 4 + years’ experience in luxury hotels, executive hospitality, private residences, or VVIP guest services.
• Experience in 5-star hotels or premium hospitality environments preferred.
