Luxury Building Materials Company (Architect & Client-Facing Showroom Workplace)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly professional and service-oriented Facility Manager to oversee the complete facility and administration operations of our luxury building materials showroom and corporate office.

This role is critical in ensuring a premium, five-star experience for visiting architects, designers, HNI clients, and international partners, while maintaining seamless infrastructure, vendor, and operational management.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing large corporate facilities, high-end office environments, events, vendor management, and infrastructure operations.

1. Showroom & Infrastructure Management

Ensure the showroom and office premises reflect luxury standards at all times.

Oversee housekeeping, lighting, ambience, fragrance, display areas, and aesthetics.

Conduct daily facility inspections and preventive maintenance checks.

Manage repair, maintenance, and replacement of fixtures, furniture, lighting, and HVAC systems.





Ensure uninterrupted functioning of utilities (power, water, air conditioning, internet, security systems).

2.Visitor & Hospitality Experience (Architect & Client Focus)

Ensure a seamless and premium experience for visiting architects, consultants, and clients.

Supervise front office, reception, meeting room readiness, and hospitality services.

Coordinate refreshments, event set-ups, product launches, and architect meets.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service delivery.

3.Vendor & Contract Management

Manage all facility-related vendors including housekeeping, security, maintenance, HVAC, AMC providers, and event vendors.

Negotiate contracts, monitor SLAs, and ensure cost optimization.

Verify and approve vendor invoices and service reports.

Raise purchase requisitions and purchase orders (ERP/SAP-based systems preferred).
