Role Description The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role. This role is responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets for surgical medical devices within the assigned territory by developing and managing relationships with hospitals, surgeons, and healthcare institutions. Day-to-day activities include identifying new business opportunities,



conducting product presentations and demonstrations, and managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing. The Area Sales Manager will monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support strategic planning and effective market execution. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for order processing, logistics, and after-sales support, while maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts.
