PropMarker is an AI-powered property intelligence and analytics platform helping UK property investors identify investment opportunities, analyse property deals, and make informed investment decisions using data-driven insights.
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development & Client Retention Manager to join our office-based team at Infopark, Kochi.
This role focuses on building strong relationships with UK clients, converting free-trial users into paying subscribers, improving product adoption, and retaining existing customers. You will work closely with our UK and India teams to drive subscription growth, improve customer satisfaction, and contribute to the continued growth of PropMarker.
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, excellent English communication skills, and confidence in handling international client calls, product demonstrations, sales conversations, and customer retention activities.
Key Responsibilities1.



Business Development & Sales• Conduct product demonstrations for prospective customers and explain PropMarker's features, benefits, and value proposition.
• Follow up with new sign-ups and free-trial users to encourage product adoption and convert prospects into paying subscribers.
• Identify sales opportunities and guide potential customers through the subscription journey.
• Understand customer requirements, address objections, and communicate the value of PropMarker effectively.
• Develop robust follow-up processes to improve lead conversion and subscription growth.
• Work towards individual and team targets for sales conversions and revenue growth.
2. Client Relationship Management & Retention• Build and maintain strong relationships with UK clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Conduct regular retention calls with existing subscribers to understand their experience, gather feedback and identify potential cancellation risks.
