Timings: Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm IST
Alternate Saturdays: 8:30am - 11:30am IST (brainstorming sessions)

Job Description
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a central role in driving measurable growth for TSquared through the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns. This role is built around performance outcomes: customer acquisition, cost efficiency, conversion rates, and return on ad spend across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
