The Role
We're looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to join our small, growing Platform team and help scale our infrastructure across multiple markets. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll own critical cloud infrastructure serving hundreds of thousands of users across Southeast Asia and Africa.
You'll be part of the Platform squad — responsible for platform-level infrastructure, shared services, observability, and security tooling. We're in the middle of a major infrastructure maturity push: closing IaC gaps, hardening CI/CD,
improving observability, and preparing our platform for rapid expansion across multiple markets in Southeast Asia and Africa.
This isn't a role where you maintain dashboards. You'll architect, build, and operate the infrastructure that powers a high-growth fintech with high-throughput production systems.
What You'll Do
• Own and operate cloud infrastructure — compute, networking, identity, and security controls — using Infrastructure-as-Code
• Manage container orchestration workloads, including cluster upgrades, deployment management, and autoscaling
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines — automated testing, deployment automation, and quality gates
• Drive observability — implement and improve monitoring, alerting, logging, and tracing across all services
• Harden security posture — cloud security posture management, automated scanning in CI, access policies, network security, and contr
