Role Description The Marketing Manager will oversee end-to-end marketing activities for Svamitva Group’s real estate projects in Bangalore Urban. This full-time, on-site role includes developing and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, and coordinating branding and promotional initiatives.



The role involves conducting market research, analyzing customer trends, and collaborating with sales and project teams to generate qualified leads and support business growth. The Marketing Manager will also manage agency relationships, monitor campaign performance, prepare marketing reports, and ensure all marketing materials align with the company’s brand and values.
Qualifications
• Solid expertise in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning, preferably within real estate or related sectors.
• Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and online lead generation.
• Experience in market research, competitor analysis, and interpreting data to drive marketing decisions.
