About us

At Grassdoor Logistics Technologies we are redefining the landscape of Cannabis commerce by developing a Unified Operations Center which provides seamless, technology-driven solutions tailored to the unique needs of Cannabis businesses. Our platform is built to empower brands with the tools they need to establish, manage, and scale their online and offline presence while ensuring smooth, productive, and compliant operations.
The team handles CRM and retention for US retail and delivery brands. Day to day that means lifecycle campaigns in CleverTap, copy that gets people to order, and Metabase and Google Analytics to see what actually worked.

The role
You'll write the copy, build the journeys, and pull the numbers. We want someone who brings campaign ideas of their own, not only runs the ones already on the calendar, and who can read CleverTap, Metabase, and Google Analytics well enough to find the next angle without waiting to be told.

We also use AI tools day to day to move faster, so comfort picking those up is a big plus.

Why join us
• Real ownership: your campaign ideas get tested, not just filed away.
• Own campaigns for well-known US retail and delivery brands.
• Direct, visible impact on revenue and repeat purchase.
• A small, hands-on team where your ideas get heard.

Roles and responsibilities
• Pitch and prototype original campaign ideas, including new journey types, offer mechanics, content formats, or segment strategies, not just adapt existing templates.
• Write sharp, on-brand copy in American English for push, in-app, email, and SMS, ranging from daily deals to product drops and brand storytelling.
• Build and run lifecycle journeys in CleverTap, including first-order conversion, repeat purchase, loyalty and referral nudges, lapsed-customer win-back, and cart and browse abandonment.
• Dig into CleverTap,
